From day one
An apprenticeship is a paid job where you learn a trade.
You work. You get trained. You get paid the whole time.
At the end you have a qualification — proof you can do the job, recognised anywhere.
From day one
Real work, real skills
Recognised anywhere
Anyone 16 or over with the right to work in New Zealand.
You don't need experience. You don't need to have done well at school.
A few years. There's no shortcut.
But you earn the whole way, and your pay grows as your skills do.
Where you start depends on where you are now.
You can become an apprentice without changing jobs.
Talk to your employer about it. Your job stays the same - but now it builds toward a qualification, and opens the way to higher pay.
You'll need a job in a trade first.
Get listed as a candidate. Employers looking for apprentices can find you — and we help you build a CV that stands out.
